The Panoramika flat is located in the Porta Mare Marina Dziwnów development. A brand new and intimate investment on the map of Dziwnów with year-round access to an indoor swimming pool, fitness area, sauna, recreation rooms*. It is located on the third floor of the building with lift access, facing south. The unique asset of this unit is certainly its large terrace, which offers an extraordinary view.

The flat consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a separate sleeping area,a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the Wrzosowska Bay. In the living room there is a fold-out sofa with a sleeping function, a flat-screen LED TV with access to channels in various languages, with access to the Internet and streaming platforms, as well as a space that serves as a bedroom. A table with chairs for dining is also placed in this room. The living room opens onto a large, sunny terrace with a comfortable set of terrace furniture. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories and household appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, two-burner induction hob, microwave oven, needed for preparing meals. The room also has a bedroom bed with lighting and cupboards for storing belongings. A hanging curtain allows the bedroom area to be separated from the rest of the room, giving discretion and comfort. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with countertop and cupboard and a toilet.
