Lux Sea flat is located in a building located in the first line of the coast, Pinea Apartments in Pobierowo. It is situated on the fifth floor of a seven-storey building with lift access, facing north-east.

This unique yet very comfortable flat has been equipped with the highest quality appliances and furnishings. Lux Sea flat consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and two balconies overlooking the sea. The living room is equipped with a sofa with a sleeping function, a comfortable armchair, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with access to channels in different languages, internet and streaming platforms. From here you can go to one of the two balconies, which has a set of balcony furniture. The kitchenette of the Lux Sea flat is equipped with all the necessary household appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, induction hob as well as accessories needed for preparing meals.The kitchenette is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The spacious and very cosy bedroom has a large double bed together with bedside tables with reading lamps. From the bedroom of the flat you can go out onto the second balcony where there is a set of lounge furniture. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower with a linear drain, a washbasin with countertop and cabinet, an illuminated mirror and a toilet. The flat also has a separate dressing room with plenty of storage space.
