SUN Apartment

The Sun flat is located in the Pobierowo Baltic Apartments development in Pobierowo. It is in close proximity to a pine forest.
It is situated on the second floor of a three-storey building with a lift on the west side. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed with sleeping function, a coffee table, a wardrobe for storing clothes, a flat-screen TV with access to cable channels, internet and streaming platforms. There is a table and chairs for dining in this room. From the living room you can access the balcony where there is a set of balcony furniture. The kitchenette of the Sun flat is equipped with all the necessary household appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, two-burner induction hob and all the accessories needed to prepare meals. The spacious bedroom has a large double bed, a wardrobe and an armchair, and the bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cabinet, a toilet and a washing machine.

The flat comes with a private parking space on the premises.

The complex will offer a swimming pool, children's playground, bicycle sheds, table tennis and a children's playroom.
A refundable deposit of PLN 400 will be charged for each stay to cover any damage (refundable always after the stay on a specified bank account within 7 days).
