It is situated on the ground floor of a three-storey building with a lift on the south side.It consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area, a bedroom, an additional room, a bathroom and a beautiful and large terrace. The living room is furnished with a sofa with sleeping function, coffee table, dresser for storing clothes, flat screen TV with access to cable channels, internet and streaming platforms. This room has a large table with chairs for dining. From the living room you can go directly out onto the spacious terrace where there is a set of terrace furniture.
