It is situated on the ground floor of a three-storey building with a lift on the north side.It consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The living room is furnished with a sofa with sleeping function, a coffee table, a dresser for storing clothes, a flat-screen TV with access to cable channels, internet and streaming platforms and a wardrobe for storing clothes. This room has a large table with chairs for dining. From the living room you can go directly out onto the spacious terrace where there is a set of terrace furniture. The kitchenette of the Sunshine flat is equipped with all the necessary household appliances such as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, a two-burner induction hob and all the accessories needed to prepare meals. The spacious bedroom has a large double bed with reading lights. From here, you can also go to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin with cabinet, additional storage cupboard, toilet and also a washing machine.
