The Premium Sea flat is located in the building located in the first line of the coast, Pinea Apartments in Pobierowo. It is located on the seventh floor of a seven-storey building with lift access, facing north-east.

The unique yet very comfortable flat is a holiday at a higher level. The Premium Sea flat consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies overlooking the Baltic Sea. The living room is equipped with two sofas, one with a sleeping function, coffee tables, a cupboard and a flat-screen TV with access to channels in various languages, internet and streaming platforms. From here you can go to one of the two balconies, which has a set of lounge furniture. The kitchenette of the Premium Sea flat is equipped with all the necessary household appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, induction hob, beverage fridge as well as an oven and accessories needed for preparing meals. The spacious bedroom has a large double bed together with bedside tables with reading lamps, a large wardrobe for storing things and a dressing table/desk.From the bedroom of the flat you can access the second balcony where a beautiful view of the sea spreads. The bathroom has a spacious shower with a linear drain, a washbasin with countertop and cabinet, a lighted mirror, a toilet and a washing machine.

An unquestionable asset of the flat is, in addition to its spaciousness and functionality, the possibility to use two balconies with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
