The River Side flat is located in the Porta Mare Marina Dziwnow development. A brand new and intimate development on the map of Dziwnów with year-round access to an indoor swimming pool, fitness area, sauna, recreation rooms*. It is located on the second floor of the building with lift access, facing south. A great asset of the River Side flat is its location - an unparalleled view behind the window, accompanying you throughout the day. It is a place created for a successful holiday.
River Side consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large balcony from which you can see the Wrzosowska Bay. The living room has a fold-out corner sofa with a sleeping function, a coffee table, a flat-screen LED TV with access to channels in various languages, with access to the Internet and streaming platforms. A table with chairs for dining has also been placed in this room. The living room opens onto a large and spacious balcony from where you can enjoy the view of the spreading greenery and the bay in the background. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary accessories and household appliances such as toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, four-burner induction hob, needed for preparing meals. The bedroom has a large and comfortable bed together with bedside tables with lighting , a capacious wardrobe for storing clothes. The bathroom has a shower with a linear drain, a washbasin with countertop and cabinet and a toilet. At the front door there is a wardrobe for outerwear and also a separate storage space for household appliances.
A playground for the little ones is also available on the premises.
