The Sea View flat is located in the building located on the first coastline, Pinea Apartments in Pobierowo. It is located on the sixth floor of a seven-storey building with lift access, facing north-east.

Sea View consists of one room with a large bedroom bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The room of the flat has a large bedroom bed with bedside tables with access to sockets and bedside lamps, a comfortable armchair with a coffee table, a table with chairs for dining, a large chest of drawers for storing things, an LED TV with access to channels in different languages and streaming services such as Netflix. The kitchenette has all the necessary kitchen accessories, household appliances such as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker needed for preparing meals.
