Sands Apartment is located in a building situated on the seafront, Pinea Apartments in Pobierowo. It is located on the third floor of a seven-story building with elevator access, facing north-west.

Sands consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. The room is equipped with a comfortable sofa with a folding bed frame, a spacious chest of drawers for storing things, an armchair and a TV with access to channels in different languages (CANAL + decoder), streaming platforms and the Internet. There is also a separate dining area in the form of a large table with chairs. There is a set of comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony. The fully equipped kitchenette has all the necessary accessories and household appliances, such as a toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, induction hob, needed to prepare meals. There is also a washing machine in the kitchenette. The bathroom of the Sands apartment consists of a thresholdless shower cubicle with a linear drain, a washbasin with a countertop and a cabinet, a hanging cabinet with a mirror and a toilet. In the corridor there is a spacious wardrobe for storing things, a large mirror and hangers.
An unquestionable advantage of the apartment is the piercing view of the nearby sea from the balcony.
