The apartment is located in the residence 3 Korona-Korona Piastów at ul. Uzdrowiskowa 11. It is located at the most recognizable part of Świnoujście which is the new Promenade and only 100 meters to the sea. Apart from its location, the apartment's great advantage is its location. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a balcony with a beautiful view of the new promenade and the sea.
The apartment has two levels. The first has a seating area with a sofa bed with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, bathroom. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with a balcony. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants and cafes as well as Aquapark. Grocery stores are also in close proximity.
