Premium Marin Apartment

Premium Marin consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area, bedroom, bathroom and two balconies. The living room is equipped with a fold-out corner with a sleeping function, a coffee table, a built-in cabinet for kitchen utensils, a flat-screen LED TV with access to channels in different languages, with access to the Internet and streaming platforms. This room has a large dining table and chairs. The living room opens onto one of the two balconies with a set of lounge furniture. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary household appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, two-burner induction hob and all the necessary accessories needed to prepare meals. There is also a washing machine in the annex. The spacious bedroom has a large double bed with bedside tables with lighting and reading lamps, a spacious wardrobe for storing clothes and a desk for work. The bathroom has a shower with a linear drain, a washbasin with a table top and a cupboard, hanging cabinets with shelves and a toilet.

Premium Marin has been arranged with a view to a comfortable rest.

Wireless WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

The apartment does not accept pets.

The facility is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside.

The apartment includes a private parking space in the garage.
