The Exclusive Apartment is located in a building located on the seafront, Pinea Apartments in Pobierowo. It is located on the sixth floor of a seven-story building with elevator access, facing north-east.

This unique apartment has been equipped with the highest quality appliances and furniture. The Exclusive Apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area in the form of a large kitchen island with stools, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies overlooking the sea. The living room is equipped with a sofa with a sleeping function, coffee tables, a swing and a flat-screen TV with access to channels in various languages, the Internet and streaming platforms. From here, you can go to one of the two balconies with a set of lounge furniture. The kitchenette of the Exclusive apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances, such as a toaster, a touch electric kettle, a coffee machine, an induction hob as well as a refrigerator for cooling drinks and accessories needed to prepare meals. The spacious bedroom has a large double bed with bedside tables with reading lamps, a spacious wardrobe for storing clothes and a TV with access to channels in various languages, the Internet and streaming platforms. The bedroom of the apartment leads to the second balcony, where there is also a set of lounge furniture. The bathroom has a spacious shower with a linear drain, a washbasin with a table top and a cupboard, an illuminated mirror, a cupboard with shelves, a washing machine and a toilet.
An unquestionable advantage of the Exclusive apartment is, in addition to its unique design, the possibility of using two balconies with a beautiful view of the sea at any time of the day.
