Situated on the top floor of the Gardenia development in Międzywodzie. The apartment is located on the eastern side, surrounded by pine trees.

The Premium Baltic House apartment consists of two levels. On the first of them, guests have at their disposal a spacious living room with access to a large balcony with a swing and balcony furniture, a kitchenette, a dining area and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with a large fold-out corner that guarantees a place to sleep for two people, LED TV with access to cable channels, Netflix. The kitchenette is equipped with all the accessories and appliances necessary to prepare meals, such as an electric kettle, induction hob, toaster or oven. The comfortable bathroom has a shower, sink, geberit and a washing machine. Right at the entrance there is a large wardrobe where you can find the necessary accessories. and household appliances to maintain order. On this floor there is also a separate dining area in the form of a large table with chairs.

On the second floor of the Premium Baltic House apartment there are two rooms and a very large terrace. The first room is a beautiful bedroom consisting of a large double bed, a chest of drawers for clothes, a large wardrobe and LED TV. There is a direct exit to the terrace from here.
