The Baltic Apartment is located in the Pobierowo Baltic Apartments investment in Pobierowo. It is a completely NEW apartment, arranged and equipped with a view to a comfortable rest.

It is situated on the first floor of a three-story building with a lift on the south side. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a separate dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The living room is equipped with a large corner with a sleeping function, a coffee table, a comfortable armchair and a flat screen TV. In this room there is a large table with chairs for dining and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchenette of the Baltic apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances, such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, two-burner induction hob and accessories needed to prepare meals. The spacious bedroom has a large double bed with a bedside table, a spacious chest of drawers for storing clothes. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a countertop and a toilet.

The Baltic Apartment will fully meet the expectations of guests who want to enjoy the seaside atmosphere.

The apartment includes a private parking space on the premises.

Further construction works are being carried out on the site, ending the second stage, the commissioning of which is planned for the 2022 season. The entire investment will be monitored. The complex offers a swimming pool, a playground for children, bicycle shelters, table tennis and a playroom for children.

For each stay, a returnable deposit of PLN 400 is collected for possible damages (always returned after the stay to the given bank account within 7 days)
